Return policy
Withdrawal from the contract and return of goods, warranty, and material defects

However, because we want you to have enough time to decide, we at ValentinsJewellery offer a 30-day return period.
The buyer exercises the right to withdraw from the distance sales contract by notifying the supplier within 30 days of the collection date of the products that they are withdrawing from the contract (notice of withdrawal) without having to give a reason for their decision. The period referred to in the preceding sentence shall begin on the day following the date of receipt of the product. The consumer may send the notice of withdrawal to the address of the provider as follows:
to the e-mail address: help@valentinsjewellery.com (mail to: help@valentinsjewellery.com), by post to:

Upon withdrawal from the contract, only the amount paid shall be refunded to the buyer's TRR or other means of payment if the buyer expressly requests. The gift voucher shall be treated as a means of payment upon withdrawal, and the amount shall also be returned to the user. The complete charge received will be refunded to the consumer in a pre-agreed manner within 14 days of receipt of the withdrawal notice, provided that the provider has collected the returned goods or the buyer has provided proof that he has returned the goods.
Suppose the buyer has received defective or damaged goods. In that case, the buyer may return them within 30 days after receipt of the goods, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and undamaged.
Upon return of the goods, the buyer shall be liable for any diminution in the value of the goods if the diminution in value is due to handling, which is not strictly necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Material defects:
The supplier shall be liable for material defects in the goods that become apparent within one year of being handed over to the buyer. The buyer may exercise its rights under the material defect if it notifies the supplier of the defect within two months of its discovery date.
The buyer may give notice of the defect to the supplier:
by e-mail to: help@valentinsjewellery.com (mail to: help@valentinsjewellery.com),

- if the thing does not have the characteristics necessary for the particular use for which the buyer is buying it, which was known or ought to have been known to the seller;
- if the thing does not possess the qualities and characteristics which were expressly or tacitly agreed upon or prescribed;
- if the seller has handed over an item that does not correspond to a sample or model unless the example or model was shown for information purposes only.
A buyer who has duly notified the supplier of a defect shall be entitled to require the supplier to:
Remedy the weakness in the goods; or
Refund a proportion of the amount paid in proportion to the defect; replace the defective goods with new, faultless goods; or refund the amount paid.
These rights expire at the end of one year from when the buyer notified the supplier of the material defect.

The buyer shall take delivery of the item at the collection point at which it was handed over to the supplier in person, or if it was sent by post, it should be returned to the address provided for delivery.
The provider shall notify the buyer of the return of the item from the consideration and invite the buyer to collect the item. The buyer is obliged to collect the item within 14 days of receipt of the notification.
