1. Shipping
You can choose where the parcel should be delivered in the online store.
We will always choose the most optimal route to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Ordered products will be delivered to the address in the Republic of Slovenia by Pošta Slovenije d.o.o., Slomškov trg 10, 2500 Maribor. They will be delivered to destinations allowing us to bring our exceptional products to jewelry enthusiasts worldwide via Posta Slovenije, UPS, or another parcel delivery provider.
Delivery in the Republic of Slovenia is usually made on the next working day from the day of dispatch, but usually within three working days. Orders are generally dispatched on the first working day following the order confirmation, provided the purchase price is paid in full. As a rule, deliveries are made in the morning, so it is recommended that the user provides a delivery address where they can be reached in the morning.
If the delivery is unsuccessful, or if the user is absent at the time of delivery, the delivery service will leave a message informing the user of the unsuccessful delivery attempt, and the user can call the delivery service to arrange delivery or pick up the parcel at the nearest Post Slovenije office or another delivery provider.
In no case may the damage caused to the customer due to the loss or destruction of the parcel during transport exceed the value of the order.
The delivery charge is calculated automatically when the goods are ordered and is part of the order's final price.
The free delivery price is published in the order process of the products on the website and is subject to change occasionally.
The supplier accepts no liability for loss or damage to the product during the return of the product by post. Damage during the transportation is the responsibility of the carrier. Upon receipt of the shipment, the buyer notices that the package is physically damaged or shows signs of opening, or if the buyer can deduce from other signs that the goods in the parcel may be damaged, the buyer must immediately initiate a claim procedure with the Provider. We advise that the buyer take a picture of the closed damaged packaging and the damaged product.
2. Payment information
All prices include the applicable VAT (22%) and are expressed in EUR. Prices are not subject to any pre-determined validity. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The purchase of products from the online shop is subject to the published price when placing the order, binding on the supplier and the user. The published prices do not include delivery or postage costs, which are indicated when calculating the value of the order before placing the order electronically. The total value of the products and the cost of postage, or free postage as indicated in the product catalog, shall be shown on the invoice.
Buyers of products from the online shop have different payment methods available:
Cash on collection via the delivery service of the Post of Slovenia d.o.o. - valid only for the territory of the Republic of Slovenia,
payment at the Juvelir-Zlatar, VALENTIN BATALAK S.P. store in Slovenia,
by bank transfer to the account of Juvelir-Zlatar, VALENTIN BATALAK S.P. (according to the offer/invoice - online price applies) - via PayPal account, by credit and debit card VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, PayPal account (for non-registered PayPal users), Payment Processing Platform Stripe, SEPA or Direct Debit.
All special or promotional offers published on the website are valid within the terms and conditions stated in the particular or promotional offers.
Offer valid while stocks last. The supplier reserves the right to cancel an order if the requested product is out of stock.
The selected items shall remain the property of the tenderer until the total purchase price has been paid.
